On the left hand side of the tool bar is an 'Availability' function. This feature is intended for use with leagues that want to collect team availability during registration. This feature is only functional if it is turned on for the event by selecting 'availability' on the program edit Team tab. (See Getting Started/Program Setup/Team Tab for more info).
Once the 'Show Availability Section' is turned on, you can input up to 30 discrete dates for availability selection, select a minimum and maximum number of dates, and whether or not to share the team availability with other managers that register.
The registrant will see something like this during registration:
By selecting 'Availability' on the left hand side of the tool bar, you will see the availabilty matrix for all the teams that registered (just one team's availability is show below):
